Opening a boot on a Mercedes is generally the same for all Mercedes vehicle models. On all Mercedes, the boot can be opened two different ways. Depending on the size of your car, the boot will vary in size. The C-Class has the smallest boot space and the Mercedes sport utility vehicles and estate cars have the largest amount of cargo space.
Locate the button on your Mercedes key featuring a picture of the rear of the car with the boot open.
Hold the button until the boot opens.
Unlock all the car doors, if you wish to open the boot manually, by pressing the unlock button on your key or by unlocking the doors from the inside of the car. The unlock button is located on the inside of the driver's-side door. Unlocking all the doors also unlocks the boot.
Feel for the boot-release handle located below the Mercedes star on the boot and above the number plate. Pull the handle towards you to open the boot.
