Saab is a Swedish company that has been manufacturing automobiles since the late 1940s. Previously, Saab was primarily an aircraft manufacturer. As of 2010, Saab is still manufacturing both automobiles and aircraft. Side marker bulbs, such as those found on a Saab, are common on most European and other foreign-made cars. The bulb flashes when the indicators are activated, warning motorists to the side that a lane change in imminent.
