Many TV shows are available to watch on-demand over the Internet. Websites like Hulu.com, Fancast.com, and network websites like NBC, ABC, and CBS are all sources for Internet TV. In order to watch Internet TV on-demand all you need is a web browser and an active Internet connection. In order to record Internet TV you also need to install video capturing software, in this case Windows Media Encoder 9. As you play Internet TV on your browser, you use your video capturing software to record whatever is playing on your computer screen (which in this case is Internet TV).

Click "Browse," navigate to the directory where you want your future recording to be saved, type the name of your new file in the "File name" box, then click "Open." Click "Next."
