While working with a virtual machine in Microsoft's Virtual PC application, you may have noticed that the clipboard does not work as you might expect for copying and pasting text. If you copy text from the host computer and attempt to paste it into the Virtual PC window by pressing "Ctrl" and "V" or by using the right-click context menu, either nothing happens or the contents of the virtual PC's clipboard appear. But you can copy text from the host computer into a virtual PC using a menu option in the Virtual PC program.
