How to Run Internet Explorer in Kiosk Mode at Computer Startup
Internet Explorer can be configured to run in Kiosk Mode at start-up. (Internet - eingabefeld Internet http://www image by pmphoto from Fotolia.com)

In Kiosk mode, Internet Explorer (IE) Web browser does not display the customary toolbar, title bar, or status bar. In other words, IE in Kiosk Mode allows you to only view web pages. There will be no web-based toolbar at the top that you can click. Kiosk mode is typically used for public computers where users clicking random links and buttons on the Internet Explorer browser could pose a security threat or could affect the performance of a computer.
