How to Print XPS Files on a Mac

An XPS file is a descriptor file that's formatted like an XML file, according to File Info. They usually denote the printing information, layout and appearance of a certain file. Microsoft Word 2008 for your Mac can view XPS files created on a Mac or a PC. Word 2008 for Mac also prints XPS files on the Mac computer.

Instructions

    Open Word on your Mac computer. It will be in the Applications folder. Double-click on the program to open it.
