How to Access Websites Through a Blue Coat Proxy

Updated April 17, 2017

Blue Coat Web Filter allows administrators to block access to certain websites within their organisation. Employers often use this tool to ensure that their employees are not spending their work time browsing social networking sites, or viewing inappropriate content. If you are not an administrator, the only way to bypass Blue Coat is by using proxy sites. Proxy sites are websites that act as gateways to an unrestricted Internet.

Use NeoProxy to bypass Blue Coat Web Filter. Navigate to NeoProxy.com and type the URL of the website into the search box. Select "Go!"

Navigate to the website Browse007.com and type the URL of the website that you wish to visit into the search box. Click the "Go" button.

Use Surf Again to bypass Blue Coat Web filter. Navigate to SurgAgain.com and type the URL of the website into the search box. Click the "Browse" button.
