Access is a program that allows you to send and receive e-mails through Outlook and other Microsoft based programs. Your Access program will give you individual access to e-mails, charts, graphs, and documents. Access has an easy application that allows you to follow hyperlinks in e-mails simply by clicking on them. Access was created with this application, which is really just a program that brings up a window so you can click on hyperlinks.

Open your Access program.
Click on "Options" and "Settings"
Choose "Browser Settings" and select the browser that you would like to open when you click on a hyperlink.
Click "OK" and close the "Options" menu. After you set it, when you click on a hyperlink in an e-mail, the browser you have chosen will open up. If you don't choose a browser, your computer's default browser, usually Internet Explorer, will open up when you click on a hyperlink.
