Almonds have been used for centuries due to their healing properties, high nutrition value and fatty acids. The most direct way to benefit from them is to eat them, but there are other ways to take advantage of this wonder nut. An extract from the almond is almond oil. Dry your face with a towel to remove any moisture.
Pour four drops of almond oil between your palms and rub them together.
Using your hands, gently rub onto your face.
Mix 1 tbsp of almost oil with 1 tbsp of sugar. You can do this in a bowl or in your hands by simply rubbing the sugar and oil together to make a paste.
Using your hands, gently rub the mixture onto your face to remove dead skin. Do not rub too hard as it can irritate your skin.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Rub 1/2 tsp of almond oil between your palms to warm it.
Gently rub onto your face using your hands. Make sure your face is dry and not wet for this step. Allow the oil to remain on your face for about 2 minutes.
When 2 minutes have passed, wet a washcloth with warm water, wringing it out just enough so that it no longer drips. Hold this warm cloth on your face for approximately 3 minutes to allow it to open your pores.
Re-wet your washcloth with warm water and gently wipe away the almond oil from your face.
In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of almond oil, 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
With your fingers, apply the paste to your face in the morning.
Allow it to remain on your face for 30 minutes, then gently rinse off with warm water.
