Dakota Watch Company has been in business since 1945. They make a range of watches that are as simple as windup analogue, and as complex as digital watches that set themselves automatically to an atomic clock. They have simple everyday watches and elegant dressy watches. All Dakota watches come with a minimum five-year warantee. The instructions below is for setting the time of a combination analogue-digital watch.
Find a well-lighted place to set your watch and a comfortable chair to sit in. Find the two buttons on the left side of the watch and the button on the lower part of the right side.
Label the buttons on the watch by the letters A, B and C. Label the top button "A." Label the bottom button on the left "B" and the bottom button on the right "C."
Press button B for 3 seconds. When it gets to the "Hour Setting," press button C until it shows the hour you want the watch to show. Let go of both buttons.
Press button B again until you get to the "Minute Setting." Press button C until it shows the minutes you want the watch to show. Let go of both buttons once the minute time is set.
Press button B again until you get to "Second Setting." Press button C until it shows the seconds you want the watch to show. Let go of both buttons once the second time is set.
Press button A once all the settings are correct.
Keep the instruction booklet of your Dakota watch in case you have any other questions about your watch.
Never do anything with your watch that might void the warantee.
