Netflix video streaming service continues to grow in popularity, offering thousands of movies and television episodes. With this in mind, many manufacturers of home entertainment components have added the ability to connect to this service from their devices. This allows you to take the Netflix content off of your computer and display it on your TV. Sony's BDP-N460 Blu-ray player is an example of the many Netflix-ready devices that are available.

Register your Netflix-ready Sony Blu-ray player at Sony's My Essentials website (see Resources). You will receive a code which you will need to enter later, so write it down.
Link your player to your Netflix account by visiting the Netflix website (se Resources), logging into your account and clicking the "Your Account & Help" link in the upper-right corner of the screen. You will see a menu from which you should choose the "Activate a Netflix ready device" link by clicking on it. Enter the code that you got from the Sony site and click the "Activate" button.
Press the "Home" button on your Blu-ray player's remote control. Use the left and/or right arrows to select the "Video" option, and then use the down arrow to scroll to the "Netflix" channel.
