How to open OCX files

OCX files are ActiveX controls. These files were previously referred to as Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) files. They perform functions such as resizing a window or creating a scroll bar and have become associated with software and application development programs, the most common of which is Microsoft Visual Studio.
