The Volkswagen Jetta comes equipped with many safety features and earned the 2010 and 2009 Top Safety Pick award, based on the high strength of the Jetta's body. The Jetta has the highest rating for front and side crash protection and comes equipped with front, side and rear passenger airbags. When there is an issue with the passenger airbag, the passenger airbag warning light will illuminate. The air bag light can be reset by using a VAG service and airbag reset tool.
