A digital frame is used to spice up the look and feel of digital photo images for display, usually for the purposes of a slideshow or Web gallery. BigHugeLabs.com and FrameShow.com both offer free tools on their website to frame your photos. You could also use the LOKA Photo Editor or FrameShow's desktop photo frame software to create digital frames.
