The Computer Management tool is a collection of system tools that lets you manage disks and devices, view event logs, schedule tasks and perform other useful computer-related functions. The program even has a "Services and Application" panel that lets you start and stop Windows services. Access the Computer Management tool from the Windows "Start" menu, or save time by creating a shortcut to the program and placing it on your desktop.
