The Horde Project provides an open-source webmail platform for hosting companies. This allows them to customise their online-based e-mail service for their own clients. Logging into Horde-based webmail is like most similar offerings in that it requires just two pieces of information.

Enter the URL of your Horde e-mail account into an Internet browser. The URL appears similar to http://mail.yoururl.com. (Replace "yoururl" with the actual address of your website.)
Type your username into the appropriate text field. Your username is typically the characters before the @ symbol in your e-mail address. For instance, the username for firstname.lastname@example.org is "jake." Some Horde accounts, however, may require your full e-mail address as your username.
Enter your password into the password field.
Select the language of your choice. Horde offers 45 different language variations of its webmail client. Changing the language from "English (American)" to any of the others will automatically adjust your settings.
Click "Log in."
