Oracle Forms, part of the Oracle Fusion middleware system, is designed for enterprises to rapidly develop applications that support database transactions. The "Oracle Objects for OLE" interface allows you to use OCX (OLE Control extension) files in your Oracle Forms project just as you would in any other application. OCX, a Microsoft Windows control object, enables your application to have tight integration with the Windows operating system.

Open Oracle Forms.
Click "File-->"New Project"-->"OCX."
Select the file (ending with the extension OCX) you would like to load from your hard drive.
Enter the line "OCX_INIT(filename)" without quotes in the program code. Replace "filename" with the name of your OCX file.
Begin writing code for your OCX object. Consult your OCX file's manual for its library of functions and what to call them.
