How do I Check Sky Broadband Usage Quotas?

Sky offers a number of broadband packages with varying speeds and data allowances. If you have subscribed for Sky's broadband Internet services in the UK, and you're not sure how much Internet you have already used, you can check the limit by logging in to your Sky account and checking your usage quota with their online tool.

    Go to Sky's website (see Resources)to use their "Usage Tool".

    Use your Sky username and password to log in.

    Check the usage limit as shown on the webpage. The page will tell you how much of the quota is left, how much is used and how many days are left until the allowance renews.

Tips and warnings

  • Set up automatic e-mail notifications if you want. If you enable e-mail notifications, Sky will let you know whenever you reach 50, 75 or 90 per cent of your quota. To enable this feature, just scroll down the same page where you see the usage limit. Here, you will see "50%", "75%" and "95%" radio buttons. Select a the button, enter your e-mail ID, and click on "Save Changes".
