The Dell D620 laptop comes preloaded with Windows XP. To pair Bluetooth devices with your laptop, you must enable the Bluetooth service. You can do this through the Control Panel. Once Bluetooth is enabled, you can add as many Bluetooth devices as you like, including wireless mice, keyboards, printers, scanners and smart phones. Some of these devices may need a passkey to complete the pairing. You can find this code in the documentation that came with your Bluetooth device.

Open the Control Panel from the Start menu.
Click "Bluetooth Devices."
Click "Options" and select the check box option "Turn Discovery On." Click "Apply." This will allow your computer to find and connect to Bluetooth devices.
