Load your computer into safe mode to end the Trojan Agent ATV processes. Press "F8" at the start-up screen.
Click the "Start" button. Click "Search" if you are using a version of Windows prior to Vista. Type the file names "MD5: fe6b886e6abb7fa8aad1e86699b8bb93" and "svchasts.exe" into the "All or part of file name" dialogue box. Press "Enter"
Click "Start." Type the file names in Step 2 in the "Start Search" field if you are using Vista or Windows 7.
Right-click the files and click "Delete."
Open the Recycle Bin and click "Empty Recycle Bin."
