A Micro SD (Secure Digital) card provides data storage in a small package that can fit in an equally small compartment built into an electronic device such as a laptop computer. The size of the Micro SD card can cause it to stick inside of a laptop, regardless of whether the compartment slot is for the SD card or a SD-to-Micro SD adaptor is being used. Removing a stuck Micro SD card to free the laptop’s compartment slot is a straightforward process that will not damage the Micro SD card or the laptop.
