If you own a BlackBerry mobile device and wish to transfer your existing contacts from the Address Book application on your Macintosh computer, you can synchronise the application and the mobile phone with the help of the iSync application and the BlackBerry Desktop Software application. The iSync application found on your Macintosh computer enables devices to sync information to and from your computer's applications. The BlackBerry Desktop Software application acts as a hub that connects your computer to your mobile phone, and provides the option for one-way or two-way synchronisation depending on your preferences.
