How to Change the Battery in a Braun 6520

Updated February 21, 2017

A Braun 6520 Flex Integral Ultra Speed Rechargeable Shaver is an electric razor designed for use by men. It features a movable head that pivots to adjust to facial contours and a three stage cutting system for a close, smooth shave. The Braun 6520 can be powered with a power cord or rechargeable batteries. Over time, the batteries may need to be replaced. Braun recommends taking the razor to an authorised service station for repair. Trying to change the battery yourself can void the manufacturer's warranty and/or cause permanent damage to the razor.

Navigate to States of America&continent=am&action=country. Enter your city and state or zip code to find the service centre nearest you. Alternatively, you can call 1-800-BRAUN-11 to receive the phone number and address of the nearest service centre.

Contact the service centre. Some service centres allow you to mail the razor to them, others require you bring the razor to them. Make arrangements for getting your razor to the service centre.

Fully charge the new battery once the razor is returned to you. Plug the charger into the bottom of the razor and allow the battery to charge overnight.
