You can sort items in Outlook Calendar by changing the view settings in Outlook versions 2003, 2007 and 2010. Some items stored in your calendar may have documents attached to them. For example, if you have a meeting scheduled, the agenda may be attached as a Word document. Sorting entries by size will help you see what files are occupying space. You can then delete some of the bigger, older files to free up space, if desired.

Click "View" or "Tab View" in Outlook's taskbar. This is located across the top of the screen when Outlook is open.
Select "Arrange By" and then "Customize Current View" in the drop-down menus for versions 2003 and 2007. Select "View Settings" in Outlook 2010.
Choose the "Fields" option and highlight the word "Size."
Press "Add" and then "OK."
Click "View" in the Outlook taskbar and then "Sort" and choose the "By Size" option. This will sort your calendar items by file size as opposed to the date or time.
