How to Sort Outlook Calendar Items by Size
Sorting your computer's calendar can help you stay organised. (computer image by blaine stiger from Fotolia.com)

You can sort items in Outlook Calendar by changing the view settings in Outlook versions 2003, 2007 and 2010. Some items stored in your calendar may have documents attached to them. For example, if you have a meeting scheduled, the agenda may be attached as a Word document. Sorting entries by size will help you see what files are occupying space. You can then delete some of the bigger, older files to free up space, if desired.
