Viewing your chat history in MSN Messenger is helpful when you need to look up something that you've discussed with a contact in the past. By default, MSN Messenger keeps a log of all of your chat sessions with all your contacts. You can easily pull up a full history, organised by date and contact, as long as your chat history has been enabled.
