In order to use Kaspersky Antivirus, you need to input your activation key into the program. If you've lost this activation key, the full version of the program will not be available to you until you provide it. If you deleted the email that the activation key came in, you can recover it at any time by simply sending an e-mail requesting your key to the Kaspersky customer service centre.

Go to the Kaspersky Lab customer support website (see Resources).
Fill out your name and e-mail address into the "Ticket" form. Select which Kaspersky product you use from the drop down menu.
Select "Activation or License Issues" from the "Problem Type" drop down menu.
Type the name of the place you purchased Kaspersky, the date you purchased the product and your license key into the window. Click "Submit." This will send an e-mail to the Kaspersky customer support centre. A representative will send you another e-mail containing your product key as soon as possible.
