Microsoft's Xbox 360 consoles can use USB memory devices as hard drives to store gamers' data, including saves, movies, and other system information. Using an iPod with your Xbox 360 to store game data is easy with the console's main menu or "Dashboard." The Dashboard will reformat the iPod to be used with an Xbox 360 as a hard drive. Reformatting will erase all data on the iPod.
