Parasites, if left unchecked, can thrive and accumulate in your digestive system and lead to a broad range of health issues including diarrhoea, fever and significant loss of energy. Activated charcoal alone is not sufficient, but when included as part of a basic cleansing program will help to eradicate parasites. Always consult your doctor before commencing a program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, for a proper diagnosis and to ensure that the activated charcoal and other cleansing supplements are right for you.
Take two 250-280 mg capsules of activated charcoal after each meal for two weeks. Activated charcoal is oxidised carbon and the carbon has the ability to absorb contaminants in your system. It is also used to treat those who have swallowed poisonous substances.
Take a combination of cleansing supplements daily to round out the activated charcoal cleansing regimen. Also take additional supplements for two weeks. This combination includes 1/2 tsp (about 20 drops from the dropper) of black walnut extract after each meal, 1/2 tsp of papaya extract after each meal, and two 450-455 mg cascara sagrada and buckthorn bark capsules a day—one in the morning and another in the evening.
Drink one cup of pumpkin, black walnut and chamomile cleansing tea, in the morning and another cup in the evening for two weeks to further augment the activated charcoal cleansing program. Black walnut and chamomile cleansing tea is used to flush the digestive system of parasites.
Maintain a defensive diet to help ensure the success of the activated charcoal regimen. Add fresh garlic to all of your meals. Garlic, when cut or crushed, releases an enzyme known as allicin, which ultimately starves and kills parasites. Try to eat at least two cloves per day. Snack on pumpkin seeds, which help eradicate parasites and worms. Avoid drinking coffee, alcohol and sugary drinks, which can weaken the immune system and the body’s ability to fight parasites. Stop eating shellfish, pork and dairy products. Make sure all other meats are cooked well-done. Raw meat often contains parasites. Eat foods high in beta-carotene and vitamin A, such as carrots, sweet potatoes and pineapple. Vitamin A stops parasitic larvae. Drink plenty of water to help flush and your system and keep your body hydrated. Drink only filtered water to prevent any contaminants from tap water from interfering with the cleansing process.
Always properly clean kitchen surfaces, which can be breeding grounds for parasites, to avoid taking in any new parasites and use separate surfaces for preparing meat and for preparing vegetables.
Check back with your doctor to test for parasites. If there are any remaining signs of parasites, the two-week program can commence again after a one week break.
Chew one acidophilus with bifidus wafer after each meal once the parasites are successfully eliminated to restore healthy bacteria to your system.
