The Xbox 360’s power supply (also know as the “brick”) has a built-in fuse that disengages the electricity to the video game console if there is a power surge. The fuse must be replaced if you are to continue using the power supply with the Xbox 360. You can open the power supply using a few common tools. Adult supervision is required since there is a potential, if very low, for getting an electrical shock from the components inside the Xbox 360 power supply.
