Hand-writing addresses on envelopes is a tedious job, especially when many need to be addressed, such as for a wedding, party or event. Print addresses on sticker labels and save yourself a huge amount of time. Find printable label paper at any office store or discount paper store for just a few dollars.

  • Word processing software
  • Address label sticker paper
  • Printer

    Open any word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Works. Set the size to “Letter” or 8.5 inches by 11 inches.

    Select "File" > "New" or "Tools" > "Labels" from the menu bar to select an address label template in the appropriate size for your sticker paper. Make sure to choose the label size that matches the sticker size.

    Type a name and address inside each cell on the document. Copy and paste one address or type a new address in each box, depending on your needs.

    Add decoration to your address labels using the clip art in your software. Click the clip art icon on the menu bar to browse the options available.

    Place address label paper in the printer as directed on the instructions included in the package.

    Choose "File" > "Print" from the menu bar or press “CTRL"+"P” on the keyboard to open the printing options. Select the number of copies you want to print and click “OK” to print the addresses on the sticker labels.
