The Google search engine uses an online suggestion box service that allows users to submit their suggestions for improvement to Google. This service is provided to Google by the website SuggestionBox.com. However, you can create your own suggestion box in HTML that allows visitors on your website to send suggestions and feedback. This form will send an anonymous visitor’s suggestion to the email address that you supply and allow you to read the feedback. This can be a useful tool when you are looking for feedback while developing a website for the Internet community.

Right-click in your HTML code where you want your suggestion box to appear and select “Paste” from the menu. A copy of the code will appear.
Change the “email@example.com” to the email that you would like the suggestions to be sent to.
Change the text “What can we improve?” to reflect whatever question or text you would like to display above the text box.
Change the number “75” next to the size attribute to make the text box shorter or longer to better fit your layout.
Change the “Send” and “Reset” text next to the value if you would like to customise the text on the send and reset button. Make sure you keep the quotation marks around the text.
Save the changes to your HTML and publish the Web page or blog template to the Internet.
View your suggestion box by visiting your website in an Internet browser. You should test the suggestion box by typing and sending your own message in the text box. If the message comes through to your e-mail address, you will know that you have configured everything properly.
