  1. 1

Lay the synthetic hair on a flat surface.

  2. 2

Use a spray bottle to wet one weft of synthetic hair. Water is the best thing to use when styling synthetic hair.

  3. 3

Place one hand at the top off the weft to hold it on the flat surface.

  4. 4

Begin near the ends of the hair. Use a fine toothed comb to straighten the hair.

  5. 5

Work your way up the strand until you have combed all of the hair straight and smooth.

  6. 6

Move onto the next weft of hair and begin the same process of combing it straight. It is very important that you do not use any sort of straightening or curling iron on synthetic hair. These tools will melt the hair instantly.

  7. 7

Continue this process until you have combed all of the synthetic hair straight.

  8. 8

Allow the hair to air dry on a flat surface.
