Hair weaves, or extensions, are accessories worn by many women all over the world. Weaves allow women to change the length, colour and texture of their hair without having to alter their own hair. They conveniently come in a variety of styles and textures such as afro-curly, European straight, Asian straight, curly and water waves. A water wave weave allows you to change from a straight look to curly just by applying water.

  1. 1

Comb out your hair with a wide-tooth comb.

  2. 2

Fill your spray bottle with water.

  3. 3

Divide your hair into two parts for better saturation (optional).

  4. 4

Spray water onto each section of hair until waves begin to form.

  5. 5

Blot out the water with a towel so your hair doesn't drip. Work the curls with your finger to your desired style, and allow the hair to dry curly. Do not comb the hair.
