The Lexmark P4350 uses #33 or #35 colour ink cartridges. Either one is compatible with the printer. When the ink in the cartridge runs low, it can be refilled instead of buying a new cartridge. Following the correct refilling procedure will reduce the possibility of the refilled cartridge causing damage to the printer or affecting the print quality.

Things you need
- Magenta, yellow and cyan refill ink
- Three syringes
- Paper towels
Set the cartridge down on a flat surface covered with some paper towels. The paper towels will absorb any ink that spills.
Peel the top label off the ink cartridge.
Fill one syringe with 7ml of cyan ink. Fill one syringe with 7ml of magenta ink. Fill one syringe with 7ml of yellow ink.
Insert the tip of the syringe containing magenta ink into the hole in the top left of the cartridge. Slowly inject the ink into the ink chamber. If the ink starts to bubble out of the hole, it is full.
Insert the tip of the syringe containing yellow ink into the hole on the middle left of the cartridge. Slowly inject the ink. Stop if the ink starts to bubble out of the hole.
Insert the tip of the syringe containing cyan ink into the hole on the middle right of the cartridge. Slowly inject the ink into the chamber. Stop filling if the ink bubbles out of the hole.
Replace the label on the top of the ink cartridge. Insert the cartridge into the printer. Wait eight hours so the ink has time to settle and saturate the sponge.
Run one to three cleaning cycles on the printer to get the ink flowing through the cartridge. Make sure there is white paper loaded in the printer. Press the "Menu" button on the printer control panel. Press the down arrow repeatedly until "Clean Cartridge" is highlighted. Press "Select."
