- Floral wire
- Scrap fabric

- Tack or wreath hook
Bend your wire hanger into the shape of a heart. Bend it so that the hook part of the hanger bends downward into the dip at the top of the heart and the bottom of the hanger is bent into a "v" shape.
Tie one end of your juniper garland to any place on the heart, with a small section of floral wire. Twist the wire to hold the garland in place.
Tie the rest of the garland, 1 inch at a time, until the entire length is secured all the way around the heart.
Cut a 12-inch by 2-inch strip of plaid or fabric with a country print with pinking shears.
Tie the strip of fabric around the hook part of the hanger into a bow to hide the wire. Hang it on your door with a tack or a wreath hook.
