Needing to mail something in a hurry and finding that you have no envelopes available can be quite annoying. Thankfully, there is no need to rush to the store to purchase new envelopes. 3. 3

Measure and inch on the right side of the paper and fold. Do the same on the left side.

  4. 4

Cut away the 1-inch folds that you made on the lower half of the paper. The lower half is the bottom portion of your original fold. This will create tabs.

  5. 5

Fold the lower half of the paper up so that it meets the crease that is 1 inch away from the top of the sheet.

  6. 6

Apply the double sided tape to the tabs on the side of the paper.

  8. 8

Apply double sided tape to the lip of your envelope. Stuff with your letter and press the envelope lip to the paper to seal.
