With the possibility of iPod or iPhone theft, security and theft prevention are important. GadgetTrak is a tracking device that you can install to your iPhone or iPod Touch. GadgetTrak looks like the Safari application, yet when you load it, GadgetTrak sends a signal with your location to the GadgetTrak servers. If your device is lost or stolen, you can check GadgetTrak online to see where it last accessed the Internet. If you have an iPod Touch, GadgetTrak can still track the location of your device, but only in Wi-Fi-enabled areas. If you have an iPhone, then GadgetTrak will be able to track any Internet launches via 3G.
