Individuals who are not very tall may wish to make themselves look taller to feel more self-confident. This may be due to concerns about adult height or other medical conditions that cause individuals to be short in stature. While there is no way to increase an individual's height biologically, making shoes taller can add 1 to 4 inches in overall height.
