How to easily crochet a slouch hat pattern
Regular 3-ply yarn makes a soft slouch hat. (crochet project image by robert mobley from Fotolia.com)

The slouch hat slopes down the back of the neck allowing space for hair to be tucked inside of it. The hat can be crocheted in solid, variegated or striped colours. A simple slouch hat pattern uses the decorative puff stitch to add dimension and style to the hat for older children, teens and women.
