How to Delete Something From My Favorites List

Updated March 23, 2017

Internet Explorer has many features that make browsing the internet easier. One of the useful features that helps keep IE users organised is the "Favorites" list. This feature allows IE users to save their favourite websites in a list, making it easier to find them later. A cluttered Favorites list can create complicated searching involved to find a particular website. Deleting websites that are no longer needed helps keep the Favorites list organised.

Open the internet Explorer web browser.

Click on "Favorites" in the top left-hand corner of the screen, and select the "Favorites" tab.

Right-click on the website that you want to delete from your Favorites list.

Select "Delete" from the drop-down menu.

Confirm that you want to delete the website by clicking on "Yes" in the pop-up warning message.
