When you work out, you typically have a few sets of workout clothing dedicated specifically to exercising. These clothes constantly collect perspiration and odours that becomes difficult to remove. Even though you wash the clothes, when you put them on a few days later to workout, you begin to notice a stale perspiration odour. This is embarrassing, and needs to be handled effectively.

Things you need
- Washing machine
- Laundry detergent
- Baking soda
Turn on your washing machine, using a warm-water cycle.
Pour in a capful of your normal laundry detergent and add your workout clothing.
Pour 240 ml (1 cup) white vinegar and 240 ml (1 cup) baking soda into the washing machine. The baking soda is a natural deodoriser while the vinegar disinfects, killing any bacteria associated with the odour.
Allow the wash cycle to complete, and dry the garments as you normally would.
