If you plan to sell the TV or change its location, you might want to restore the TV's settings to factory defaults. Resetting an LCD TV to factory defaults might vary depending on the type of TV you own, but the general process should be similar.

    Press the "Menu" button on your remote and use the arrow pad on the remote to select "Option." Press "Enter."
