Supportplus MP3 Player Instructions

Updated February 21, 2017

The SupportPlus MP3 player is a European MP3 audio player that, unlike most MP3 players, is a desktop device. The product is a cubed shape audio player with controls on the sides of the product and the headphone jack on top. The SupportPlus MP3 player also has a data USB cable connection, giving you the ability to upload music directly to the device.

Plug the headphones into the port on the top of the SupportPlus MP3 player.

Push the "Power" button on the left side of the SupportPlus MP3.

Select "Play." It is the middle button on the circular control dock located on the right side of the MP3 player. Push the button again to stop the playback.

Press the top of the circular control dock to increase the audio, then press the button of the circular control dock to decrease the volume. Press the right button to skip to the next song, or press the left button to return to the previous song.

Connect the USB data cable to the USB port on the bottom of the SupportPlus MP3 player. The computer will state it has detected the new removable device.

Click "Start," "My Computer" and double-click the removable device icon. When the window opens you can click-and-drag MP3 files from any location on the computer into the open window. This transfers the music to the SupportPlus MP3 player. Close out the window once you have added your files, right-click the removable device icon and select "Eject" from the menu.
