The digitizer screen of an iPod Touch can become loose if the Touch suffers a sudden impact, such as being dropped onto the floor. You can reseal the iPod Touch digitizer screen back to its proper position, yourself, providing you are willing to first remove the digitizer screen completely which voids the Apple warranty. You will need an iPod opening tool purchased from a iPod supply store and a tweezers. No electronic skills are required for resealing the digital screen.
