How to Cancel Sky Broadband

Updated March 23, 2017

Sky Broadband is a Internet Service Provider in the United Kingdom and Ireland. If you have found another ISP or you are moving out of the coverage area, you will need to cancel your service. This process is simple and takes only about 15 minutes to complete.

Find a recent bill and have it available. It will have your Sky Broadband account details on it.

Contact Sky to cancel your broadband service and request a migration authorisation code (MAC) that can be used to assist in switching to a new provider. Call or write the company at:

Sky Broadband Subscriber Services PO Box 43 Livingston, West Lothian EH54 7DD

08442 414 141 (UK) 0818 719 819 (Ireland)

Send a copy of a recent bill along with a note to cancel your Sky service if you decide to write your request instead of calling.

Contact your new provider and give them your MAC.
