Vistaprint is a popular website for designing and purchasing marketing materials, web hosting and promotional materials for personal and professional use. Though you may have used Vistaprint services at one time, perhaps you have moved on to another provider of these items and no longer wish to have a Vistaprint account. Cancelling your account is easy to do and only takes a few minutes.
Log on to the Internet and go to the Vistaprint website. Log on to your Vistaprint account using your e-mail address and password. If you cannot find your password, you can request that Vistaprint e-mail it to you. This is a choice under the question "Forgot your password?"
On the Vistaprint menu bar, click on "Help." Using your computer mouse, scroll down to the middle of the page under the heading "Browse All Help Topics," and click on "Payment & Billing."
Click on "How do I cancel my membership?" Click on "clicking here" at the end of the sentence "You can easily request the cancellation of your membership online by clicking here."
Fill in the information requested. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom right of the screen. Once you submit, you will receive an e-mail confirmation at your account e-mail address confirming your account has been cancelled.
Cancel by phone
Call the Vistaprint Customer Service number (see Resources).
Provide your account number, which is provided online at your Vistaprint account. Log onto your account using your e-mail address, password and the account number, the 12-digit number at the top right corner of the Vistaprint screen.
A Customer Service representative will answer the call. Advise them that you wish to cancel your membership. The representative will verify your identity by asking for the name on the account and e-mail address. Once you provide this information, they will cancel the account for you.
Keep your cancellation confirmation e-mails in your e-mail account for a month or so just to confirm your cancellation went through. This e-mail can be used in case you need to contact Vistaprint again.
