Marker bindings are high quality ski bindings that can be adjusted according to which type of skiing you are doing and personal preference. Ski bindings should never be too loose, as this will limit your control over your skis. Adjusting Marker bindings is very simple, and should not take more than a matter of minutes. Before actually skiing, you should walk around slowly with your skis, swaying side to side to make sure they are adjusted to your preferences and specifications.

  1. 1

Put on your ski boots, and clip them into the skis by inserting the toe of the boot into the front clip, then pushing your back heel into the rear clip.

  2. 2

Insert the screw control into the mounting in the front toe of the ski. You will be able to twist the screw control in the mount, allowing the mount binding to slide forward or backward. When it is in a satisfactory position, twist the screw control clockwise to tighten it in place.

  3. 3

Repeat this procedure for your other ski. Walk around slowly on the skis to make sure the bindings are set in the proper position.
