Navigate to the PayPal website. Log in to your PayPal account with your username and password.
Wait for your account profile page to display in the Web browser window. Click on the "Profile" tab at the top of the screen.
Click the "Credit/Debit Cards" link under the "Financial Information" header. Click the "Add a Card" button.
Type your credit card number, expiration date and three-digit authorisation code into the corresponding text boxes. Click the "Add Card" button.
