Take the number of meters and multiply it by 39.3700787 to get the number of inches. For example, 3 meters is equal to 118.1102361 inches.

Reverse the steps to convert centimeters or inches back to meters. Take the number of centimeters and divide it by 100 to get the number of meters. The number of inches should be divided by 39.3700787 to convert back to meters.
