Making origami napkin cat ears, otherwise known as the bishop's hat, takes some practice, but in a few steps and with some experience, you can decorate your dinner plates with this elegant napkin fold. Apply some starch and run an iron over the napkin before you fold to make the folding easier, as well as help keep the napkin in place after you have folded in the cat ears.
